What does "the unlimited number of tasks" actually mean?
Regardless of your subscription plan, you can request an unlimited number of projects (tasks) and our specialists will work on them every business day.
No matter how many tasks you send, the cost of your subscription plan remains fixed. The only limitation is the "throughput," or how quickly you can receive results. Tasks are completed sequentially, one by one, in the order they are placed in Notion or according to your specified priority. You can delete, edit, or arbitrarily change the order of tasks until a task is taken into work.
How long does it take to complete one project/task?
Typically, most tasks are completed within 2-3 business days. However, it can be sooner if the task is small or marked as urgent by the client. If a task is very complex or time-consuming, it may take longer. In such cases, after evaluating the effort required, we will provide an estimated completion time through Notion. For long-term tasks, we prefer to break them into 1-3 day stages so you can track progress.
What if I'm not satisfied with the completed work?
Through Notion, you can leave comments and request revisions.
Not every creative project can perfectly match your expectations on the first try. Therefore, every subscription plan allows you to request an unlimited number of revisions. We will make adjustments until you are 100% satisfied with the result.
Which programs do you use for design?
Most projects are completed using Figma. Once you subscribe, we will create your own project in Figma where we will handle your tasks.
What if my company uses a task tracker other than Notion?
For long-term contracts (6 months or more), we can integrate with your corporate task management system at the client's request.
Who owns the intellectual property rights?
Every design is created specifically for you and is 100% yours. You own all intellectual property rights to the work done, allowing you to use it at your discretion.
How does the "freeze" function work?
We understand that you may go on vacation, travel for business, or fall ill. Or, you might simply not have any current UX/UI design tasks. In such cases, you can pause the subscription, extending the paid period. You must notify us of the pause no later than the day before the planned "freeze" date. There should be no active tasks in progress. For a 3-month subscription plan, a one-time "freeze" of up to 14 calendar days is allowed; for a 6-month subscription plan, two "freezes" of up to 14 calendar days each are allowed. If needed, you can end the pause early by informing us in writing through Notion.
