What does “unlimited UX/UI design requests” really mean?
You can submit an unlimited number of tasks regardless of your plan. Tasks are completed sequentially, one at a time, based on priority. You can add, edit, reorder, or remove tasks until they are taken into work.

How fast can design tasks be completed?
Most tasks are completed within 2–3 business days.
Larger tasks may take longer — in that case, we provide an estimated timeline and often split the work into shorter stages.

All plans include unlimited revisions until you’re satisfied with the result.

What tools do you use for UX/UI design?
Most work is done in Figma.
After subscribing, we create a dedicated Figma project where you can review progress and leave comments.
Using a different setup?
Who owns the design rights?
All designs are created specifically for you.
You receive full ownership and intellectual property rights for the delivered work.
Need clarification on ownership or legal details?
Can you design interfaces that meet accessibility requirements (WCAG, EAA)?
Yes. We design interfaces with accessibility and usability in mind from the start, following established standards such as WCAG and relevant EU regulations. If you already have an existing product, we can also review and improve it to better meet accessibility requirements — including structure, contrast, navigation, and interaction patterns.

Can I pause or freeze my subscription?
Yes. You can pause your subscription if you’re temporarily unavailable or have no active tasks. The pause must be requested at least one day in advance, with no tasks currently in progress. 3-month plan: one pause of up to 14 calendar days. 6-month plan: two pauses, each up to 14 calendar days. You can resume earlier by notifying us.

What is AI-enhanced UX?
AI-enhanced UX refers to user experiences that adapt, assist, or respond intelligently to user behavior and context.
